General Strategies:

This guide explains how things should be done in Tiberian Dawn.

This includes base buildup and management, defense setup, achievement of combat

leadership and attacks on hostile bases.

The first thing you will have to do is to build your base.

I recommend the following scheme of building your base:

Power Plant

Barracks/Hand of Nod

Tiberium Refinery

Advanced Power Plant

Weapons Factory/Airstrip

Communications Center

Service Depot

Weapons Factory/Airstrip

Advanced Power Plant

Tiberium Refinery and several Tiberium Silos

Advanced Communications Center or Temple of Nod

Several Helicopter Pads

Base defensive perimeter

While building all this, keep in mind the following tips:

1. Build several defensive structures once you already have something to protect.

2. Place Tiberium Refineries close to Tiberium fields so you harvest Tiberium faster.

3. Always build a second Harvester for each refinery.

4. Surround your vital structures, such as the Construction Yard, with walls if the enemy is

likely to send Engineers.

5. Place your Airstrips closer to the eastern side of your base so cargo is delivered faster.

6. Make sure you protect your Weapons Factory properly, because it is very vulnerable.

7. Don't build too many Tiberium Silos, because you are likely to spend money faster than

you get Tiberium in quantities required to store.

8. Build your Helicopter Pads close to each other so your aircraft attack enemy targets altogether.

9. While building your defensive perimeter, don't make the passages too tight so your army can

get out of the base, but don't make them too wide either, so the enemy cannot rush into your base.

Besides, make sure there are no weak points in your perimeter.

Now that you have your base up and running, attend to the battles around it. I recommend sending

out scouts and revealing a large portion of the map so you are always aware of what your enemy is

doing. Besides, always keep medium strength groups on the major routes to your base so they engage

the attacking enemy first.Another important thing is to engage the enemy where you want and not where

the enemy wants. If your units are faster, hit and run the enemy force until you bring them to your

chosen point. If your units are slower but have more firepower, either try to surround the enemy, or

move your whole army in a single tight group against the enemy force.

What regards choosing places to fight your enemy -- if your opponent has fewer vehicles than you

(quantity is important), try moving through tight places and then coming around, blocking the enemy in

the valley and methodically destroying it. If you don't have many vehicles, try withdrawing to the entrance

into your base, because then the enemy will have to engage more hostiles, including your defensive structures.

If you are trying to attack the enemy and he sends out a group of units to counter you, try doing one of

the following things: if you have units with superior range, try bombarding enemy units from afar, forcing

them either to withdraw, or to approach you. If your units have no long-range weapons, but some of them have

a high speed, launch a high-speed assault into the enemy base to distract the enemy, and then move in your

heavy armor.

This is a DOS based game but very interesting and adventurous.

In the create character screen just select a warrior namely (Paladin

or Knight) & proceed your quest. In this game mages are very powerful

in casting spells than paladin or knight. But the journals that are

needed to cast the spell are located in a well-protected & guarded place

where a mage cannot enter and fight the enemies because his strength is

very low but with the help of paladin or knight you can easily everyone

guarding the journal and get it. If the journal is not suitable for the

warrior class but only for the mage class it doesn't matter, Just note

down the symbols of the journal in a piece of paper. Now start a new

character with a mage click the runes (symbols) on the screen in such

a way you noted in the piece of paper and press the ENTER key or click

on the CAST to cast the spell. Presto!!! Here's the spell.

Learn mage spells easily:

Select a Paladin or Knight at the character creation screen. Fight

through the locations where the mage spell journals are found. Make

a note of the symbols needed to cast each spell. Then, start a new

game as a mage. Activate the symbols noted earlier to begin with the

In the final part of the Der Flakturm mission, when you have to escape through

the sewer, you will meet about six of the hard to kill elite machine gun

soldiers. It is almost impossible to defeat them all. It is much easier to

run past them all. Make sure you have at least three health bars. Once you

climb the ladder the game is all but over.

Demo version: Quick weapon upgrades:

Note: This procedure involves editing a game file; create a backup copy of the file before

proceeding. Use a text editor to edit the "DefaultWeapon.ini" file in the

"C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\Medal of Honor Airborne Demo\UnrealEngine3\MOHAGame\Config"

folder. Change the following lines:

By doing this, you can get all the weapon upgrades after 1, 2, and 3 kills instead of

In the demo you are only able to use the Colt 1911, MP40, Mauser K98, Thompson sub

machine gun, and the M1 Garand.

Phantasy Star Universe - Ambition Of The Illuminus

Go to the Flyer base on the Planet Parum. Once you select it,

go through it looking at every item there. You will eventually

find a weapon that is a gun. It is basically a monster on rope.

It shoots comets but has low accuracy.

You can sell it for 32,000 Mesta.

Get a Magnet Paddle box. Next, get a Big Paddle box. Then, get a Smaller

Dancing with weapons:

Disarm your weapon and set it on the [F1] to [F10] hotkeys. Then, press [Dance]

and the [F1] to [F10] shortcut with the weapon together. You will get to dance

with the weapon.

Duplicate items:

----------------

If you wish to duplicate an item, get killed then click once on an item so that

you drag it. Click "Revive", then drag the item back. You will have two of the

same item. Note: If you use one of the duplicated items, the other will disappear.

Look other direction when jumping:

----------------------------------

Jump in any direction then hold [Shift] and click in another direction.

Your character will face the way you clicked, but still move in the direction

of the jump. This has no real use except for entertainment.

Advanced dancing with weapons:

------------------------------

To perform this technique, you will first need to disarm your weapon(s). After doing so,

perform any dance that you know or have learned. While you are dancing, click on the

shadow of your character. An easy way to do this would be to have "Simple Shadows"

selected under your options. After you click on the circular shadow, or at the character's

feet, it will look as if he or she has stopped dancing, but actually remains dancing on

all other players' screens. Now you may equip or un-equip any weapon that you can use,

and will remain dancing while doing so. On another player's screen, you will be dancing

while equipping and/or unequipping weapons.

Level weapons without needing requirements:

-------------------------------------------

To do this, you will need to get your character to the level that your weapon will need

you to be after you have it upgraded. Make sure the item is repaired or this will not work.

After you do so, talk to the Artisan in the market to level your item and have it done.

You will now be using the weapon without having the requirement that it asks for. Also

if you unequip it without doing this, you will not be able to re-equip it again without

gaining the requirement first.

Logging out:

------------

There are actually two ways to log out from the game. Press [Esc] and a box will

appear, asking you if you want to exit. The other way is to click the "Setup" option,

then click "Exit". The same box will appear.

Training grounds Nightdevil trick:

----------------------------------

Use Nightdevil and attack a stake. Let Nightdevil wear off by itself and you will attack

about three times faster.

Easy items:

-----------

When you go to the alien bandits, kill lots of them. Do not pick up what they drop. After

killing many of them, eventually one will drop lots of money or a rare or unique class

item.

Easy money:

-----------

First, reach level 20. Kill Flying Roosters. They drop many types of swords. When

your inventory is full, sell the swords to the blacksmith. Do this repeatedly and

you can get 10,000 easily.

Santa Fe Mysteries - The Elk Moon Murder

KEY CLUES

---------

You have to ask the question: "who had the means, motive, and opportunity?"

in solving this mystery. Almost all suspects have a strong motive for

commiting the crime. Therefore, the focus should be on who had the means

and the opportunity. From Forensics tests , you discover that Anna Elk Moon

most likely knew her killer. Of all the suspects, how many did Elk Moon

know personally?

What was the victim doing the day of the murder that seemed unusual? She

was calling people urgently about something. She reached two people: Joe

Edeta and Vaughan Dresner. In both their interviews they talk about Anna's

having discovered something about the design on the pot. Moreover, from Joe

Edeta's interview, you discover that Sonny Two Feathers, Joe's nephew, was

there with Joe during Anna's phone call.

From several interviews (especially Joe Edeta, Astrid Ames, and Vaughan

Dresner), library articles, and Forensics you learn that the pot --

specifically, the design on the pot -- held some significance. Examining

the design on the pot as sketched in Elk Moon's journal, you notice two

peaks. Later, if you examine the pot found in the van and placed in the

Evidence Room at Police Headquarters, you will discover that the design on

the pot was changed. Why would someone go to the trouble to change the pot

design? What significance did the pot's design hold?

In the library, there are several mentions of the casino site being located

at the base of the "double-peaked" Sangre de Cristos mountains, as well as

a photo of the mountains. An article states that Ed is working closely with

the Pueblo Tribal Offices (Sonny Two Feathers) on the casino development,

which will be located at the base of the double-peaked Sangre de Cristos

mountains. Further, the caption under the picture of the double-peaked

mountains also calls out the historic "double-peaks."

If you closely examined the pot drawing and the photograph, you would

realize Anna made some connection between the pot's design and the Sangre

de Cristos mountains. If the kiva pot design was indeed a drawing of the

Sangre de Cristos, could that possibly signify that the kiva site was

located somewhere in the vicinity? Being an arch anti-casino activist,

couldn't Anna use that information to stall the casino development, which

was just about to be approved -- per the library article? Who would be most

upset by this news? Ed and Sonny. In an article, Joe Edeta states that his

nephew (Sonny Two Feathers)'s "vision has been clouded by the lure of the

white man's riches," implying that Sonny has "sold out" in some respect.

After McHorse's arrest it is clear he was framed. Who would have had access

to him? Who of the suspects would know McHorse to be able to frame him?

Additionally, McHorse was drinking at the Saguarro Bar the night of the

murder in Nambe. Sonny Two Feathers was at the Bristlecone Bar in Nambe the

same night. In a library article you discover that the Saguarro Bar and

Bristlecone Bars are owned by Ed Snyder, Sonny Two Feather's associate in

the casino project. Sonny was there for Anna's phone call to Joe and in

Nambe the night of the murder. Sonny had the means or the ability to know

McHorse, the proximity to find him and drug him the night of the murder.

Overheating Xbox 360:

Play the level where you face off with the laser guided robots. Once you get past

the first few robots, you must start dropping the boxes on the robots heads so that

they fall over. In the little place that you find the first two boxes, crouch and

walk behind where the boxes were. You will find a little room with odd music playing

and graffiti on the walls that says things such as "The cake is a liar". There also

seems to be an Xbox 360 with a pot inside of it. The Xbox 360 is overheating and

boiling the water.

On the level where you get the companion cube after you run past the energy balls

and are in the room with the three elevators, there are two doors leading to a

catcher, and a platform that is pushed out of the wall. Walk up to the platform

that is pushed out. Crouch behind it and walk through the opening. On the left hand

side are a group of pictures of people with boxes for heads and hearts around them.

Using cheats and unlocking achievements:

There are achievements that you can get for completing certain tasks, however if

the sv_cheats code is enabled the achievements are disabled. There is a way around

this. There are a few command strings that can be bind to keys which allow you to

enable or disable God mode when desired, get all equipment such as weapons, plus

the better portal gun.

To do this, use the bind <key> "sv_cheats 1; wait; god; wait; wait; wait; sv_cheats 0"

console command. For God mode use the Bind <key> "sv_cheats 1; wait; Impulse 101; wait;

wait; wait; sv_cheats 0" console command.

Curse - The Eye Of Isis

Defeating Zombie Boss Bears:

----------------------------

Wait until the Bear stands up on its hind legs before you shoot.

Darien will then aim at the chest of the bear with the game's

targeting system. If you are not hitting it in the chest, you

are wasting valuable ammo. The difficult part is getting the

bear to stand up on its hind legs. You must stay close to the

bear, but not too close. Do this by aiming at the bear and

walking around it. If you get too far away, the bear will run

at you. By staying close and walking around the bear, its attacks

will miss. After you have killed one, you get to do it again.

Just use the same technique, and the two bears will be dead in

no time.

(field of view) go to the right wall. When she looks back at

in the middle. He is the kid to the left. When he is lit up white,

go back to your desk.

Level 3:

For the second part you must find the geek in the halls. Count the

drinking fountains. The geek is at the second one. Walk up next to him.

Level 4:

--------

At the start, hold [Down] + [Right]. Go around the middle row and cheat

on the geek. When the teacher moves her FOV, go down a desk around and

under the teacher. When she moves to the window, cheat on him until you

are done. Then, go back to your seat.

Begin a new game of TCM with any team.

When the first menu apear go to Club-->Stad./Facilities-->Stadium Expansion

and make the stadium that you've always whanted but you've didn't have the money

for it.

When you're done Save the stadium with the name of the team that you whant to have

the stadium.

Ex: If you whant Juventus F.C to have it you save it Juventus with a capital "J".

After you have saved the stadium exit the game and go to My Documents-->TCM-->

Stadium and copy the Juventus.xlm. Then go to the main TCM folder and enter user

and there make a folder named "Stadium" and paste the Juventus.xlm there and voila.

Enter the game select Juventus F.C and when you go to club-->stadium you will have

that stadium.

NOTE: IF YOU MAKE A BIG STADIUM TO A CLUB THAT HAS A STADIUM YOU WILL SEE THE SAME

STADIUM AFTER DOIND THIS. TO MAKE SURE THIS CHEAT WORKED LOOK AT THE STADIUM SEATS.

If you want to have a lot of money at your club you should do this:

Start the game and select 2 players. Then select your team( the team which you whant

to play) and another big team. Ex : Your team is Juventus F.C you choose a big team

:Manchester United.

When the first menu apears if you are at Juventus transfer the best players from

Manchester for nothing . You whant to buy van Nistelrooy you put the transfer fee

to 0 and if the chairman dont whant put minimum 2-3 mil. Then buy the player to Juve.

After you've done that you whant to make some money..Go to Youth-->Status and ofer the

besr youth players contract to reserves. Then go to Reserves and put the transfer fee

of the youth players to Not for sale. Then go to Manchester and when you try to buy

those players you will do an ofer. Ofer the maximum fee and then you will start serious

negotiations and buy the youth player with the maximum amount of money. To this until

Manchester remains without any money and then when you are on Manchester menu go to

Options (on the upper right) and choose end of career and continue playing with

Juventus.

can play only a game in FIFA 2005.

In TCM when you gave Match day select Football Fusion wait for the game to

higher if you can :) exit the game when you finish.Load the fusion match in

TCM and at the next game when you select Football Fusion you wait for the

Always keep your finger poised over the repair key so you can

save yourself from disaster should you fall off a building or

wind up on the receiving end of an opponent's vicious attack.

If you're not quick enough you could end up getting wasted.

To complete the mission in which all of the escaped mental

patients must be killed and a lone patient is located atop an

inaccessible plateau, drive to the base of the hill where the

straggler is standing. Then honk your horn continuously.

He'll eventually panic and fall to his death.

If you wish to maximize your credits in any given level, forget

about completing the race. Instead plan to waste all but one of

your opponents and then use the bonus time you've established to

clean up on the pedestrians and power-ups. Once you've had your

fill, you can waste the final opponent to end the level.

Door Cheat

During the game, if there are a bunch of peds,

press shift then enter and you will open your

doors and kill them (press enter again and you

will close the doors and you will have to just

hit enter any other time).

If you want a quick cheat, you will have to edit the

...\data\Peds\Settings.txt file

(... is the directory into which you installed Carmageddon 2).

Near the start of the file (in the general stuff section) you

should see a line that has three numbers followed by the text

to three other larger numbers. This will change the number of

credits you win for killing pedestrians.

In addition, on the line below you should see three numbers

followed by "// Time score per ped (each level)".

Increasing these three numbers gives you more time per

pedestrian killed.

While playing Carmageddon2, I figured out a way to

take off at the start of a race before the announcer

finishes counting down: As soon as the race comes up,

and you arer ready, hold down the Z key or your wheel

spin while holding down the gas, then let go of the

wheel spin key and keep on the gas, the anouncer will

say, "Hey you!" and then you're free to take off with

a mighty advantage way before the announcer finishes

counting down!

for the mission; control freak, i've found a much easier way of completing

the level not included. if you go to the runway strip on the east of the

level, ride all the way to the end and you'll find an earth ramp to reach

over the water. the first red crate is electro-bastard ray, then quickly

make your way to the tower using the east jump ramp to launch yourself,

provided you come within a realistic distance of the tower the ray will

kill all four controllers with ease, level finished in under a minute.

To have a better chance of winning, you might want to build

more than one base. Enlarge the base you start out with,

making it completely fortified with at least two castles.

Then, send a scout cavalry, or some other fast moving unit,

to the opposite side of the map from your base. After you

have checked the area and confirmed that it is safe, send a

villager to build a castle at that location and fortify that

base. This is very helpful if your enemy knows where one of

your bases are located, especially during online play.

When you build a market, there is a chance that a rival

Hide Behind The Tower:

Here is a Tip for a great idea!

Build any type of TOWER you know. Put some of your military

units behind the TOWER so the other players you are playing

with cannot see. So then when they attack the tower your

units come out and kill your oppents!

For Larger Enemies:

Hit enter in the Imperial Age and type in "bigger baddies"

exactly the way I did and you're enemies should get huge.

They won't be harder though. This is a cool cheat, but has

Stay(walk) near shore or on the shallow, use heavy demo ship

to bomb them! One heavy demo ship can take out at least 20

infantry, monks, archers or light cavalry with it, or sevaral

scorpions and onagers. Two can take out Knights, camels and

trebuchets. Three can take out rams. Do not use them to bomb

elephant, it is to costly unless you have too many resources.

then upgrade right away, when you are in fedual age build stone wall at

If you build a long wall with many gates and your peasants are opening

the gates for your enemies you can block the gates:

--just click on the gate and then clic on the icon

that appears in the left corner so it will be closed

untill you will open'it again. If you close all gates not even your

allies can get resources from your land.

Its like this in a three player game when you become

an ally with one player construct 15 batterring rams

and take them to the ally's kingdom and place them

near the important buildings like town center etc.

then take a mangonel and select attack ground and

rightclick the allys building he will become mad at

you and he will become an enemy then use all your

battering rams to destroy the ally.

This tip will make an attack without 'attack'. This

is the condition - If you play against computer, you

have a neutral tribe, you have an ally that currently

on a war with that neutral tribe. If ye want to help

your ally do this. Create a group of five villager,

upgrade the Loon tech., create university, advance the

Fortified Wall, and gather stones as much as possible.

Send the Villagers to the ally base and create Fortified

wall nearby the Neutral's building, create 5 or 3 is

recommended! If your 'just made' wall is attacked it's

the main purpose! The next door building will be affect

as well. While they're attacking their own building,

create some more Fortified Wall beside the another

speedy and you can win eassily. But you need, lumber, rock, food and

gold. There's no problem, if you need food, only type cheese steak

jimmy's. If rock is the needed resourse, any problem again type rock on.

do it as the same time what you need.

Always try to build gates instead of walls around your city.They cost the same

but the difference is between their attack chances.If a wall is attacked 1 time,

it is attacked 0.001 times.They will just come and roam near your city outside

but cannot attack your city.Always try to make your city wide open because they

cannot attack the gates but will ataack the incities buildings like houses,barracks

and all buildings by means of archers.mangonels and trebuchets and also do not make

towers and castles for defense near your gates because the gates will not be attacked

and you can progress without defense until you can attack.So your first priority

should be surrounding your city with gates. and capture huge areas and resources.
