Before you can use cheat codes in this game, you need to enable them. Use a text

editor to edit the "bia.ini" file in the "system" folder in the game directory

(make a backup first!). Look for the "[Engine.GameInfo]" heading, and enter the

line "bCheatsEnabled=True" below it. Look for the "[Engine.Console]" heading,

and enter the line "ConsoleKey=192" below it. Now save the changes. NOTE: You

can also download the already modified file from above.

There are some changes to do in the cheats for this game on Cheatbook.

First, "Destructo have said that we must edit the bia.ini file in the system

dir in order to enable console and cheats. But everytime you want to play you

need to do this again and again. But if you modify the bia.ini in a folder on

the Documents and Settings this file will be changed permanently.

The path (in Windows XP, 2k, 2k3) is something like this:

C:\Documents and Settings\myusername\Aplication Data\Gearbox Software

\Brothers In Arms\myprofilename\bia.ini (remember to modify the options

in both files, so the changes will remain permanent on both).Second: there

are some cheats marked as 'unknown' efect. But one of these, supersquad,

do this: your squad wont get hurt/killed/run out of bullets.

Third: there's a trick to unlock all levels/extras in the game.

Create a new profile using the name "BAKERSDOZEN" (without quotes) and

all levels and extras will be available.

Squad healing:

If your character is killed three consecutive times, you will be given a

chance to heal any injuries to your squad. To quickly get to this point,

intentionally throw grenades at your own feet.

Old Movie Mode:

Successfully complete the game under the easy difficulty setting.

This mode allows the game to be played in black and white.

Infinite Ammo:

--------------

Successfully complete the game under the normal difficulty setting.

This cheat must be enabled again if the player is killed, retires, or starts

a new level. To do this easier, successfully complete the game on under the

easy difficulty setting. Under the same profile, replay the intermission sequences

under the normal difficulty setting, beginning with the "Brothers In Arms" scene

then move to complete "Rendezvous With Destiny" to get the first two medals.

Once you receive the medals for those two scenarios, quit, then play the "Victory

In Carentan" intermission sequence under the normal difficulty as well.

When you begin the game again, the "Infinite Ammunition" cheat will be now

be accessible. The cheat must be reactivated after each chapter.

Authentic Mode:

Gate Room:

To get to Gehn's world, you must be able to solve the Gate Room puzzlefirst.

To solve this hard puzzle you first must click 4 times on thebutton in front of

the gate room. Then go to the locked gate by going left when you are looking at

the bridge. Even though the gate is locked, you can get past it by going under it.

Go forward and you will see the gate room and another passage area. When you get

to the switch, turn it on and turn around. Go forward until you see a lever and

another button. First pull down the lever then press the button 2 times.

Go forward to the other passage and do the same thing again. Go forward to the

next passage and press the button 2 times again. This time when you press the

button 2 times, the gate is open and you can get to the fire marble dome.

Sky High:

While you are on Jungle Island, go into the jungle. Take the elevator up to the

'second' floor of the jungle and start walking up towards the control throne past

the dome. Up about the middle of the stairs leading to the control throne, turn

around and face the dome. To your left, down on the path underneath, you can see

some lights by the side of the road. Click on the lamp farthest away from the dome

to see the last Easter Egg.

Set the realism to 100%. Select the Stanger as your car and start a single

player race in Peakview. When the race starts, drive into the pits to the

left where the cars and trailers are parked. Drive to the right end until

you hit the wall, then turn around and look down the aisle of cars. You

should see the front end of a blue Ford minivan with people on top of it.

Drive toward it as fast as you can, turn slightly to the right, then hit

on its side. If done correctly, you will flip through the air and land on

your wheels.

Flip car through air:

Go to quick race mode and select the 41st Street Raceway. Choose the

Stanger 2000 and select "Race". When the race begins, go around the first

small turn around the starting line and floor it around the longer curve.

When you approach the smaller curve again, drive straight into the white

flip and fly through the air, hit the invisible wall in back, and land with

a crash.

Sneeking Up on the Enemy:

If you dig to the bottom of your nest, and dig all along

the bottom (and up if you have to), all the way across

from wall to wall, you will find a "wormhole" type thing

in the middle of the path. Click on that hole one time and

when your ant goes on it, you will be transported to somewhere at

the bottom of the red ants' nest. Other ants besides the yellow

ant can't enter this "wormhole". Queen ants can't enter at all.

This is a quick way to get to the other nest while avoiding

other red ants, the pesky spider, and that dumb lawnmower!

More eggs:

----------

When you are in a hole, exchange with the queen then activate the eggs

code. You will lay four to five eggs.

Protecting your Queen:

----------------------

Select "Exchange" from your ant menu and select your queen. Move her to the

bottom of the colony, but not too far where the water can reach her and some

food so she does not starve. She will move and you will have to move her back.

Spider advantage:

-----------------

When the spider is attacking your colony, use the "Exchange" option and change

to the spider. Go to the red ant's nest and choose "Hunt" to get the spider to

kill the enemy to your advantage.

Secret hole:

------------

In full game only, start to dig far down in your black ant nest. You will encounter

a hole. Enter and you have a major shortcut to the red ant nest, allowing you to

steal food faster or attack them. Note: After you open the hole the red ants can

also use it, but only on very rare occasions.

Defeating the red ants:

-----------------------

At the start of the game, travel over to the red ant nest. Pick up a small bolder,

walk over to the opening to the nest, and drop the bolder on the opening. This will

trap the red ants in their nest for awhile. While trapped, your ants will have a

chance to get the food, while the red ants slowly starve in their nest. Eventually

the red ants will dig another tunnel exit, but by then your black ants should be

superior in numbers, strength, and food supply. When they are ready, attack the

red nest while their health is very low.

Personal food supply:

---------------------

Dig a tunnel very far from the main chambers of the nest and stash as much food as

you want there. Then go to the surface and get one of the tiny pebbles and seal the

tunnel. The other ants cannot go over the rock but you can.

Make your own food:

-------------------

Start your colony and wait until you have about twenty to thirty ants. Press 2 two or

three times to get some friendly ant help, then get in front of a caterpillar to make

it stop. Your ants will start to attack it, and after awhile the caterpillar will turn

into little green food balls.

Get Many larvae:

----------------

In a black nest, press Shift and type eggs. At least 9 larvae will

appear and later on hatch into black ants.

Put a fence around the entrance to the zoo so that the entire zoo qualifies as a cage. Then,

cover the whole zoo in savana grass and add plants and lakes. Place some animals then walk

around as a zoo keeper/guest. To do this faster, do not get staff, food/water dishes or

shelters. It will look unnatural. If you put gazelles in a pack, only put about two to six

of them or some might ditch the pack. If you encounter across a dirty animal, wash it or all

the animals will get sick and die. Note: Plant eaters will get eaten.

Monkey meat:

Make a small pen. Put meat eating animals in it and put a vulnerable herbivore in it.

Eventually a carnivore will kill it and the herbivore will become a carcass of meat.

You do not need two animals to have a baby. Just adopt a female animal and wait for about

a month. Then, adopt a male of the same species and place him in with the female. Do not

do anything from the time that you adopt him until the female gets pregnant. When she does,

Close your zoo when you first begin a new zoo so that no guests are unhappy while you are building

it. First, put in two food stands, two drink stands, dessert stands, one restaurant, and one zoo

exhibit before opening your zoo again. Guests also like donation boxes. Make sure three of your

four walls are made with the hill device in the "Landscaping" section. The other wall should be

made with a fence so that guests can see the animals. Set all of your prices low, including the

admission price. Do not forget benches, restrooms, and ATMs. For entertainment, add photo souvenir

stands, arches, playgrounds (make an area out of sand path and put your playground equipment on

top), fountains and statues. Also put in picnic tables and gift shops. With any extra money,

crate playgrounds or peacock exhibits with one male peacock. They are more beautiful and will

amuse guests.

Note: Make sure to fully close exhibits with natural walls. Sometimes animals can

squeeze out and chase guests. Double-check the exhibits with big cats, grizzly bears, and elephants.

Seems to put the game into Pause mode (not sure if you

can resume normal gameplay after this)

When in online multi-player mode with players, go to the spawn points.

Face out towards the battlefield then turn left. Move towards the huge

rocks. One of them should have a flat face. Walk directly into it and

you will fall below the map. You will have a clear view of everything.

If you cannot find it, you are at the wrong base.

Oil Rig: Sniping location:

Move yourself until you are under the huge tower in front of the fence.

Walk to the fence. Then, walk at the fence and jump at it at the same

time. You will eventually fall through and be on the tower that stretches

out for about 50 feet. This is a good place to snipe or for experts 203

shooters.

Free the Butterflies:

Matching 4 in a row will create a Chrysalis piece. When that Chrysalis

piece is then used to clear a group, a butterfly is set free!

Even More Freedom:

Matching 5 in a row will create a Super Chrysalis piece. When the Super

Chrysalis piece is then used to clear a group, not only is a butterfly
