scatter the shots around and can more easily avoid them.

Pickup every powerup:

The powerup increase is shared for all weapons. Thus pickup every powerup available

even if it's not the weapon / color you like. Then just wait for your favorite powerup

to switch back to the weapon you like. The key to beating this game is getting powered

up as fast as possible. We got powered up to level 7, that with missiles / green

powerup was unbeatable :-)

Use super bombs sparingly:

Only use them when about to be hit to avoid damage plus great to take out bosses quick.

Experiment with the game. There are an almost unlimited amount of

set-ups. Once you get your car built, test it thoroughly to get

familiar with it. This allows you to cut good lights and run close

on your dial-in. Depending on your preference, you may want to try

deep staging, which is going farther down to where the pre-stage

light goes off. This will make your reaction time better, but will

give your car less roll out time (less time to start accelerating

before the elapsed time clock begins).

Hard and easy modes:

After completing the game in normal mode, both hard and easy modes will be unlocked.

In easy mode, you do not need to bother updating your digging license; your first

license will allow you to go into all ruins. Additionally, the lady at the Digger's

Guild will not let you take the test. Also, Zenny found when destroying Reaverbots

are worth more, while shop prices are less and Bosses are easier.

Getting concealed Zenny:

------------------------

Zenny may get stuck in the wall or on a mountain from time to time. To get the

Zenny (Refractor Crystals) off the wall or side surface, simply stand next to it

and jump. The Zenny will fall off the wall and you will land on top of it.

Invincible to electricity:

--------------------------

If you wear the Hover Shoes, you will be invulnerable to electricity.

Defeating Bosses:

-----------------

For any Boss, a good strategy is to equip a special weapon that you can run

with while shooting, such as the Machine Buster. If possible, take a Hyper

Cartridge. Run around them using the sideways run, turning to adjust your

path every once in a while. Along with jumping, you should be able to avoid

most of the attacks. Shoot the special weapon to wear them down, and use your

Buster to finish them off. Note: If you have the Laser, it is much more useful

than any other weapon. Note: If you are fighting Sera, wait until it is in the

second form to use the special weapon.

Defeating Jellyfish:

--------------------

In the ruin in which you acquire the second key, take Drill Arm with you.

If you are having trouble with the Jellyfish, get close to them. A full

Drill Attack should kill one. Do this on all three of them. If done correctly

without any setbacks, you should defeat them. You can also use the Drill Arm on.

You should be able to defeat him easily if you use the Drill Arm correctly.

Defeating Reaverbots:

---------------------

Successfully complete the game under the very hard difficulty setting.

Start a new game and look at your Buster parts. You now will have the

Accessory Pack Omega, which maxes out all of your abilities.

Defeating Shielders:

--------------------

If you shoot a Shielder with any high impact weapon, its shield will be

blown away allowing it to be hit more easily.

Black Megaman:

--------------

Find a pig near the home of Shu and her brothers on Carbania Island.

Keep on kicking the pig and Megaman will get darker, then the pig with a

couple of kicks/throws later. Note: If you do this you will not be able

to take the Mayor's Quiz on Manda Island.

Easy money:

-----------

Simply find an empty can and kick it into the nearest trash can.

Get the Flame Barrier and an S Class Licensee then go to the Planet Elysium. Go

into the defense area and proceed until you find a Reverbot that is flying above

you. Do not kill it -- it will make three flaming Reverbots. Kill them and the

flying Reverbot will make more. Repeat to get as much Zenny as needed.

When you kill a Reaverbot or anything else, go directly in the middle of the

explosion while it is blowing up. You will not get hurt, and you will automatically

get all the Zenny without it spreading all over.

Go to the ruins where the fourth key was held. Have the Vacuum Arm on and get to

the fifth floor. Take out the missile bot in the center, then just run around

destroy all the bots that appear. Use the Vacuum Buster to get the money so you

do not get damaged. You can get over 100,000 Zenny in 10 to 30 minutes.

This will help get more energy packs and upgrades faster.Go to the Manda Island

ruins after you get the class S license at the gallery or digout. Then, equip

the Vacuum Arm and go back to the ruins, as long as you have already destroyed

the first breakable wall with the Drill Arm. There will be a large bird statue

(only if there is a chest at the beginning of the ruins). Kill it to get 6,500

Zenny with no guild license, 8,000 Zenny with the first level license, or 10,000

Zenny if you have a class S license. After you destroy the statue and get the

Zenny, go through the door, then turn around and go back out through the door.

The bird statue will appear again. Defeat it from the door, and once it starts

exploding get very close to the door. Immediately after you get the Zenny with

the Vacuum Arm, go back trough the door. Repeat this to get as much money as

needed.

Avoid burning or freezing to death:

-----------------------------------

You can never burn or freeze to death if you are in the red with shield and

on fire. Wait for the fire (or ice) to go out, then use your Canteen.

Note: If you go out of fire and get hit by the "tongue" of fire or ice via a

Shielder (or anything else that may set you ablaze, such as lava or ice pits)

again, you will be terminated.

Refractor values:

Refractors are found after destroying Reaverbots that are not on the test

or "Refractor Bosses".

Legends Ruins. For music from the Sub-Cities go to the Digout in Nino Island and

enter the elevator

Getting the Jet Skates:

-----------------------

Use the following trick to get the Jet Skates quickly. In the first ruin where you

have to save Joe, get the old hover jets. When you first go down, take the path on

the right, then go straight into the room. The jets should be in that room. After

you save Joe and go to the surface, go to the Junk Shop and buy the Roller Board.

Take this to Roll and she will make you the Jet Skates.

Defeating Jellyfish:

--------------------

In the ruin in which you acquire the second key, take Drill Arm with you. If you

are having trouble with the Jellyfish, get close to them. A full Drill Attack

should kill one. Do this on all three of them. If done correctly without any

setbacks, you should defeat them. You can also use the Drill Arm on . You should

Picnic Lunch:

Talk to Roll on the Flutter and pay the 4,000 Zenny to fix the kitchen and other

areas Data burned in the fire at the beginning as soon as possible. Not only can

you get the Broken Motor after it is fixed, but you also can talk to Roll and she

will say "There's something I want..." She will ask for a new refrigerator. Buy

it for her, then exit the Flutter and re-enter. Go to the second floor and to the

kitchen area. Check the refrigerator and you will get a Picnic Lunch, which

refreshes all of your life gauge. After you use it, you can return and get

another. This way you can always have a secondary Canteen available. Use the

Picnic Lunch first, so you do not have to use the expensive Canteen.

Remember to use it only after down to nothing.

Energy level:

Do not panic when you have about three hits left on your life bar. No matter how

low you are, until your energy bar is flashing red, you are good to go. As long

as you have even less than half an energy "click" left in your life gauge you

still have two hits, and not one. This should prove helpful during long levels

and Bosses

of cover from the pillars. Use your sling shot and keep hitting the four support

beams on the front of that platform he is standing on. Hit each one about ten times

to make them break. Use your slingshot on the parachute to get Nicole down from the tree.

Entering the Monkey Temple level:

On each of the opposite ends of the closed door, there is a picture of a monkey inside

a ring of fire. Light the bowls in front of the pictures to enter the Monkey Temple.

Getting past the Plane Cockpit level:

Swing on the first vine then to the next one. When you are swinging on the second vine,

look ahead for an opening on top of the plane. Jump onto the top of the plane, roll,

and sweep kick the glass. Then, continue rolling in. After the scene, jump kick the

cracked glass in front of you to continue to the Native Jungle.

at that point. Load the game. This will take you to where you were previously

you will need later in the game. Alternately, if Lara is low on health and

you do get to a checkpoint, kill Lara (for example, jump off a high ledge).

This will also take you back to the previous checkpoint with a full health

bar.

Easiest Way to kill Natla:

--------------------------

Natla is the person who hires Lara to search for the Scion in the beginning of

the game. Once all of the pieces Natla reveals her identity as the Queen of Atlantis,

after passing the Final Conflict level you engage with her. I found there are multiple

methods of killing Natla. I prefer using the Shotgun for max damage, Uzi does about 1/2

damage then regular pistol, and the former Magmuns are to slow, and less damage then

shotgun.

There are two phases to the fight:

Phase 1: Its simply a endurance game. Dont waste any of your ammo just engage using

the Pistols, until it goes to a cut scene displaying her weakness (Her Back).

Phase 2: Like any of the other bosses she can become enraged only different is she

constantly charges you until her rage bar runs out. Most people think it has something

with dodging left and right but your wrong. The easiest method is to attack pressing Left

Analog Up and O to jump behind her to here weakness. Use the Shotgun continuously for

best results. If you jump behind her to late while she is enraged you will be hit with

her wings.

If she teleports just hold L1 it will constantly stay locked on her.

Took me about 20 Shotgun shells to kill her in Hard Mode. After that kick back and enjoy

the Cinematic Scene.

When you jump over the broken mechanism at the entrance, do not pull the switch at the

other side. It will get stuck and no matter what you do you will not be able to get back.

Instead, go through the temple. After you get the key you can get back and pull that

switch to return to the main area.

Lost Valley: Attacking raptors safely:

--------------------------------------

When you slide down the slope and the raptors charge at you, ready to attack, there is a

rock where they cannot get you. As soon as you enter the valley, jump on the rock on your

left. You will be able to shoot them and they will not be able to attack you.

Better jumps:

------------

When jumping up stairs, pull out guns but do not shoot. Hop forward and you will glide

smoothly up the stairs.

How to Defeat the Cenataur-Lizard Boss:

---------------------------------------

My weapon of choice for this boss was the .50 Caliber Pistols but anything would work.

You start out with the two creatures circling you and shooting fireballs. Start shooting

at either one and get the rage up. Once you get the rage up one of the creatures will

attempt to turn you to stone. While it is charging the attack put away your weapons and

dive continuously.

After the attack misses get its rage up again. The second time you get the rage up one

of the creatures will attack you and you will have the chance to do a slow motion dodge/

headshot. After the headshot the creature will become "dizzy". Use your grapple and grap

the shield off the creature before it regains consiousness.

Get the rage up again twice and the other creature will attack you. Do the same thing

and take his shield.

Now the creatures will only attempt to turn you to stone and wont attack you with a charge.

This is what you do.

Get the rage of the creatures up and when they attempt to turn you to stone pick up one

of the shields you pulled off of them and face the creature. The attack will backfire and

they will turn to stone. Drop the shield and continue firing at the creature.

Only this time it will hurt.

Do this 1-2 times per Cenataur-Lizard-Man Creature.

World 9:

The following is a tutorial for the first five days of World 9. The first things

that you should concentrate on is upgrading/building your Timber Camp, Clay Pit

and Iron mine. Once they are all at about level 5, start concentrating on your military.

Upgrade your village HQ to around level 3 to construct the barracks and train about 10

Spear Fighters and attack the nearest abandoned village for more resources. Once you

attackers return with the resources, begin upgrading your HQ to level 5 so you can build

a Smithy. After saving your resources for awhile, build a statue. This will take a long

time. Also get a wall to about level 5, upgrade various buildings, and train a paladin

at the statue. Continue expanding your military and attacking the abandoned villages

for resources and upgrade your buildings until you can build a Stables and Scouts.

Try to ally yourselves with a tribe at this point because you are nearing the end of

your protection.

Stategy tips:

-------------

Now my strategy is to get your supplies ready first, so upgrade Timber, Clay, and

Iron 0-30(limit) and upgrade Warehouse occasionally also this will increase how

much each of the things (wood, iron, and clay) you can have, and all that will make

you good, so when you keep upgrading then you do get to limits your good, then go

to building barracks + fighters, wall, smithy, village headquarters, etc. doesn't

really matter after upgrading, but have barracks+fighters just in case, and also

village headquarters are good to upgrade because they make upgrades and constructions

faster.

Raise a noble:

--------------

By definition a Nobleman will reduce the loyalty of your enemies' villages.

If its loyalty falls under 0 you will conquer that village.

The Nobleman stats look like this:

Offensive strength -30

General Defence -100

Cavalry Defence -50

Defence Archer -100

The requirements to raise a Nobleman are:

Village Headquarters (Level20)

Smithy (Level20)

Market (Level10)

and you also need 100 villagers.

Here are some details about raising a Nobleman. In every village you cancreate 1 academy,

each level of the academy is treated like a new academy building. If you have a level 1

academy, you can recruit 1 nobleman, a level 2 academy 2 noblemen and so on.

Each nobleman will cost the amount of noblemen you have +1. If you have 2 noblemen then

your third will cost 3 times the amount it would cost to make 1.

If your nobleman dies in battle then the cost for the next nobleman will be the same.

If you send your first nobleman into battle and he dies, this means your next nobleman

is still going to cost the price of 1 nobleman instead of 2.

You can upgrade your academy in each of your villages to a maximum of level 3.

So if you have 2 villages and an level 3 academy in each, and you have so far built

1 nobleman, then you have permission to build another 5.

is key. Remember, barrels keep rolling until they hit something or drop,

and you can run over the tops of them making them good for bridges.

The result will make every gamer and car lover laugh.

This invovles some editing work.Open your NFS folder,

Again there will be a folder named car,[car_hp is the

nfs version of the car and car_cop is obviosly the cop

version].You can edit any version.

{But be sure to drive that version}.In the car folder

you will actually see that EA has written that tuning

AeroDragCoefficient=x.xxx to FinalGearRatio=x.xx.Delete it.

Don't close that folder.Then open any other car folder for

In the Campaign " Assult on the control room" when you reach the point

when If I had A Super weapon comes. Equip your self with a Sniper Rifle.

Keep it zoomed. Go slowly towards the door. When it opens take care of

the Elite fast. The look towards the Banshee. A red Elite will appear.

Take him out. Kill all the grunts and get on the Banshee. Fly to the

structure and walla, Instant axcess to the control room. It will save

time. That is if you are in a hurry to get to next level. Then again

doing this will save you time fighting enemies and going through the

chasms and will give you a chance of getting to a Banshee much faster.

to the floor, take out a fuel rod gun and shoot downwards just as

you get out of the banshee. If done correctly, you should unlock a

Flugs can be killed easy with a chotgun.

Some flugs swell up and explode to give away a horde of enoying

little thingies.

When you shoot one of these swelling flugs they also take oout

there fellow mates when they are close enoug (saves a lot of bullets)

Sometimes you can take out an entire horde of these flogs with one

shot (if yoour lucky)

When following the floting sentinal 5the one with the ennoying lauch),

you'll meet up hordes of flogs who can be very lethal.

Some hordes keep reappearing at the same spot when you retrait a bit

to have more fighting space, so you get a sort of mexican standoff.

You kill tehm and lose your health, they keep reapperaing. When facing

this, just run forward take out a couple and shoot the remaining that

follow you a bit further.

Your assault weapon is exellent angaisnt the tiny suckers, use the

shotgun against the bigger ones.

If you want to see a real fight between the Covenant and The Flood, go

towards the flood. If they don't come towards you draw their attention.

Lure them to where the Covenant are, then get away and enjoy the action.

This is more Helpful in the harder levels and works mostly in the

level Keyes.

Theres a way to get to the top of the level Sidewinder. First u get a

warthog perfurably the rocket one u drive throught the tunnels once u get

past the first one and come out ofthe tunnel theres an opening u keep

driving and u come up to a straight tunnel that u can look through. U drive

inside it and turn around the warthog so its horizontal in the tunnel bak it

up the farthest u can. Jump out and jump out on top of the gun as far back

as u can through a grenade infront of the vehicle this should cause the

front to fly up and knock u up on top

u cant fall off except for the 2 holes u can fall down those u should have

a sniper rifle its much easier to kill them from up there.

Get wathog on top base- get 2 frag gernades 1 rocket launcher and park the

warthog up against the base in BloodGulch and throw a frag quickly shoot

the rocket under the wart hog the u should be up on top the base

(ATTN:Lots of trys are required to make it on top base)

Mythic skull:

To find the skull you must do the level "sacred icon" on legendary on the

part where you jump down the piston and the room is really dark and there

is a shit-load of flood and boxes you jump to the next highest level using

a stack of boxes you will find when you go into the light anyway you will

find a dead flood body up there next to the skull.
