The enemy shots are normally aimed at where your ship is so if you move around you

scatter the shots around and can more easily avoid them.

Pickup every powerup:

The powerup increase is shared for all weapons. Thus pickup every powerup available

even if it's not the weapon / color you like. Then just wait for your favorite powerup

to switch back to the weapon you like. The key to beating this game is getting powered

up as fast as possible. We got powered up to level 7, that with missiles / green

powerup was unbeatable :-)

Use super bombs sparingly:

Only use them when about to be hit to avoid damage plus great to take out bosses quick.

Hard and easy modes:

--------------------

After completing the game in normal mode, both hard and easy modes will be unlocked.

In easy mode, you do not need to bother updating your digging license; your first

license will allow you to go into all ruins. Additionally, the lady at the Digger's

Guild will not let you take the test. Also, Zenny found when destroying Reaverbots

are worth more, while shop prices are less and Bosses are easier.

Getting concealed Zenny:

------------------------

Zenny may get stuck in the wall or on a mountain from time to time. To get the

Zenny (Refractor Crystals) off the wall or side surface, simply stand next to it

and jump. The Zenny will fall off the wall and you will land on top of it.

Invincible to electricity:

--------------------------

If you wear the Hover Shoes, you will be invulnerable to electricity.

Defeating Bosses:

-----------------

For any Boss, a good strategy is to equip a special weapon that you can run

with while shooting, such as the Machine Buster. If possible, take a Hyper

Cartridge. Run around them using the sideways run, turning to adjust your

path every once in a while. Along with jumping, you should be able to avoid

most of the attacks. Shoot the special weapon to wear them down, and use your

Buster to finish them off. Note: If you have the Laser, it is much more useful

than any other weapon. Note: If you are fighting Sera, wait until it is in the

second form to use the special weapon.

Defeating Jellyfish:

--------------------

In the ruin in which you acquire the second key, take Drill Arm with you.

If you are having trouble with the Jellyfish, get close to them. A full

Drill Attack should kill one. Do this on all three of them. If done correctly

without any setbacks, you should defeat them. You can also use the Drill Arm on.

You should be able to defeat him easily if you use the Drill Arm correctly.

Defeating Reaverbots:

---------------------

Successfully complete the game under the very hard difficulty setting.

Start a new game and look at your Buster parts. You now will have the

Accessory Pack Omega, which maxes out all of your abilities.

Defeating Shielders:

--------------------

If you shoot a Shielder with any high impact weapon, its shield will be

blown away allowing it to be hit more easily.

Black Megaman:

--------------

Find a pig near the home of Shu and her brothers on Carbania Island.

Keep on kicking the pig and Megaman will get darker, then the pig with a

couple of kicks/throws later. Note: If you do this you will not be able

to take the Mayor's Quiz on Manda Island.

Easy money:

-----------

Simply find an empty can and kick it into the nearest trash can.

Get the Flame Barrier and an S Class Licensee then go to the Planet Elysium. Go

into the defense area and proceed until you find a Reverbot that is flying above

you. Do not kill it -- it will make three flaming Reverbots. Kill them and the

flying Reverbot will make more. Repeat to get as much Zenny as needed.

When you kill a Reaverbot or anything else, go directly in the middle of the

explosion while it is blowing up. You will not get hurt, and you will automatically

get all the Zenny without it spreading all over.

Go to the ruins where the fourth key was held. Have the Vacuum Arm on and get to

the fifth floor. Take out the missile bot in the center, then just run around

destroy all the bots that appear. Use the Vacuum Buster to get the money so you

do not get damaged. You can get over 100,000 Zenny in 10 to 30 minutes.

This will help get more energy packs and upgrades faster.Go to the Manda Island

ruins after you get the class S license at the gallery or digout. Then, equip

the Vacuum Arm and go back to the ruins, as long as you have already destroyed

the first breakable wall with the Drill Arm. There will be a large bird statue

(only if there is a chest at the beginning of the ruins). Kill it to get 6,500

Zenny with no guild license, 8,000 Zenny with the first level license, or 10,000

Zenny if you have a class S license. After you destroy the statue and get the

Zenny, go through the door, then turn around and go back out through the door.

The bird statue will appear again. Defeat it from the door, and once it starts

exploding get very close to the door. Immediately after you get the Zenny with

the Vacuum Arm, go back trough the door. Repeat this to get as much money as

needed.

Avoid burning or freezing to death:

-----------------------------------

You can never burn or freeze to death if you are in the red with shield and

on fire. Wait for the fire (or ice) to go out, then use your Canteen.

Note: If you go out of fire and get hit by the "tongue" of fire or ice via a

Shielder (or anything else that may set you ablaze, such as lava or ice pits)

again, you will be terminated.

Refractor values:

Refractors are found after destroying Reaverbots that are not on the test

or "Refractor Bosses".

Small silver Refractors: 5 Zenny

Green Refractors: 25 Zenny

Yellow Refractors: 50 Zenny

Get hit by Roll:

At the beginning of the game when you are with Roll, try to grab her with the

lifter arm. She will slap you and cause damage.

Megaman Legends music:

Go to the Manda Island ruins (not caverns) to hear music from the original Megaman

Legends Ruins. For music from the Sub-Cities go to the Digout in Nino Island and

enter the elevator

Getting the Jet Skates:

-----------------------

Use the following trick to get the Jet Skates quickly. In the first ruin where you

have to save Joe, get the old hover jets. When you first go down, take the path on

the right, then go straight into the room. The jets should be in that room. After

you save Joe and go to the surface, go to the Junk Shop and buy the Roller Board.

Take this to Roll and she will make you the Jet Skates.

Defeating Jellyfish:

--------------------

In the ruin in which you acquire the second key, take Drill Arm with you. If you

are having trouble with the Jellyfish, get close to them. A full Drill Attack

should kill one. Do this on all three of them. If done correctly without any

setbacks, you should defeat them. You can also use the Drill Arm on . You should

be able to defeat him easily if you use the Drill Arm correctly

Picnic Lunch:

-------------

Talk to Roll on the Flutter and pay the 4,000 Zenny to fix the kitchen and other

areas Data burned in the fire at the beginning as soon as possible. Not only can

you get the Broken Motor after it is fixed, but you also can talk to Roll and she

will say "There's something I want..." She will ask for a new refrigerator. Buy

it for her, then exit the Flutter and re-enter. Go to the second floor and to the

kitchen area. Check the refrigerator and you will get a Picnic Lunch, which

refreshes all of your life gauge. After you use it, you can return and get

another. This way you can always have a secondary Canteen available. Use the

Picnic Lunch first, so you do not have to use the expensive Canteen.

Remember to use it only after down to nothing.

Energy level:

-------------

Do not panic when you have about three hits left on your life bar. No matter how

low you are, until your energy bar is flashing red, you are good to go. As long

as you have even less than half an energy "click" left in your life gauge you

still have two hits, and not one. This should prove helpful during long levels

and Bosses

Virtual Villagers - The Lost Children

Speed up time:

You can speed up the in-game time by adjusting your the

system clock while the game is running.

Here is how you reach the milestone:

-=-Fire-=-

Make your villager gathering firewood in the southwest area, then make

your villager gathering dry shrubs from northwest near coconut tree.

Next, you drag villager to the firespot.

-=-The Dam-=-

To build a dam you must advance in engineering first, then you can build

it in the river. Just drag your villager there.

-=-The Scarecrow-=-

Once you build the dam, you will get a farm right away. Sometimes you cannot

harvest your crops because it has been eaten by parrot (curse them!). If you

have a master farm, just drag him/her to twisted pieces of wood and vines on

northeast near sacred area of the dead. You must drag him/her 2 times to make

a scarecrow.

-=-The Cutting Tool-=-

You must purchase exploration first, then you drag your master scientist to

sacred area of the dead, there you'll find 3 sharp stones. Then drag her/him

again to twisted pieces of wood and vines.

-=-Herb Mastery-=-

Just drag any of your villager to all strange plant in the island (there are

six of them) :

1st near the dry shrubs (i'm not sure what kind of plant is that),

2nd near thorn bushes (rose-like blue flower),

3rd in the sacred of the dead (sun flower-like purple flower),

4th in the sacred of the dead (a group of black flower),

5th near thick vines in the south east (red flower),

6th in the south (big orange flower).

-=-Elder Totem-=-

Just make your villager mastering 3 skill and he/she will become esteemed elder.

A totem will be made for him/her.

-=-Sustainable Fishing-=-

The ocean is full of algae? yes, that's disgusting. Just fully research of farming,

and drag many of your master scientist to lagoon, they will catch algae-eating fish

and release them to the ocean. After a while, the ocean will be cleared and you have

unlimited fish to catch.

-=-The Vine Wall-=-

You just need to fully researched in culture.

-=-The Stew-=-

If you have advance in exploring, drag your villager to dry wood, there she/he will

find a cauldron.

To make a stew:

1. You'll have to drag a villager to fire spot (he/she will prepare a stew),

2. Then drag him/her again to there (this time he/she will add water to the stew),

3. One more time drag villager to fire spot (this time to add food to the stew),

4. Then drag villager to any strange plant (you need 3 strange plant).

Here is the stew i've discovered (number of strange plant based on herb mastery above)

- 1, 2, 3 ==> clear nose and throat

- 1, 2, 4 ==> Makes thirsty

- 1, 2, 5 ==> Makes nature calling

- 1, 2, 6 ==> Makes more healhty

- 1, 3, 4 ==> Unedible

- 2, 4, 6 ==> Very spicy

- 6, 6, 4 ==> Make villager feel doesn't need to breathe (really? ^_^)

-=-The Ancient Mosaic-=-

If you have build the dam, you must get this ancient ruin near your farm. Just have

fully researched science only or science and culture (sorry i'm not sure because i

have fully research both of it when i reach this milestone), then your villager can

work on it.

-=-The Hospital-=-

You have to fully researched construction and medicine to reach this milestone.

-=-The Sewing Hut-=-

As far as I know you must build two small hut, then you can build the sewing hut in the south.

And to build the 2nd small hut, you must have at least 15 villagers.

-=-The Sunken Gong Piece-=-

Make a stew with 2 orange flower and 1 black flower (6, 6, 4) then eat the stew, and swim

in the lagoon.

The villager will retrieving The Sunken Piece Gong of Wonder

-=-The Inlaid Gong Piece-=-

Once one of your villagers has become an Esteemed Elder and been honored with a totem

and after you've completed the ancient ruins puzzle, drop a totem on the

mosaic in the center of the ruins to retrieve another piece of the gong.

Open the crate on the beach with 3 master builder.

Cut the thorn bushes with the knife your master scientist made.

open up a secret Protoss level. However, the mission it

self won't appear on the mission select screen for any

side, so be sure and save at the start of the level to

play it again.

If you run out of Minerals, move the Command Center to a mineral field.

Bring an SCV to the back of the mineral field. Build a Barracks, crank

out the units and attack. Click on a Barracks then press M for marines

If you are a newbie, the best thing you have to do to learn, is to play the

missions. Ask the pro players, the learned this way, mostly. To play melee

games against the comuper is good also, but only is the beggining, because

the computer might seem good, but when you learn how to play, you may easily

beat 7 computers at once.

Never use cheats, or hacks neither, because it will only make the game worst,

and you will never stop using it.

For last, always have a strategy, concentrate on making only 2 kinds of units

for instance, like when i am with the Zerg, i always make Mutalisks, and only

that.

Easy wins:

----------

When you start, make the Star Gate as fast as possible. Do not bother with any

ground units. Then, build Carriers and upgrade their attack, defense, and the

number of Intersecters they can hold. Build at least four to five Star Gates

and as many Carriers as possible. In a few minutes you have an army that is

almost invincible.

Attack cloaked unit:

--------------------

You can often see a shimmering shape moving across the screen. However, you

cannot have you units directly attack it. You can still attack a cloaked unit

indirectly by using a Templar or Infested Kerrigan to launch a Psionic Storm

at it. This works well on Observers.

Easy attack on enemy bases as Protoss:

--------------------------------------

Play as the Protoss and mine enough minerals so that you can build multiple

(three to five) Arbitors and place them around key locations, enemy bases,

or places that you would normally need a shuttle to get to. When you build

units, you can use the Arbitors' "recall" ability to get your units where

you need them much faster than it would take to use shuttles or move on

foot.

Enable the "Master Code" then go to the car lot. You will find a red Acura Integra

available for $0. You can sell it for $7,200 and can repeat this as many times as

desired. You can also sell the other cars obtained when that code is enabled.

Enable the "Master code" then go to the career map and enter any event. Exit the

event the first chance you get. After doing this, go into your garage. You will

see that four new cars have been added to your collection: a Nissan 240 SX, a

modern Pontiac GTO, a Chevy Cobalt SS, and a Dodge Viper SRT 10. You can keep

any cars desired, but by selling all four of these newly added cars you can get

$90,290 quickly. You can reset the game and repeat the process until you get the

The Toyota Supra with all Level 4 performance parts can do the quarter mile in under

7 seconds if tuned properly. -From: Barry Woods A really good dragster is the Dodge

Challenger R/T. The car runs 7.6 seconds in the quarter mile fully upgraded. If you

make the rear shocks stiff, the car will stand on the rear end all the way down the

track, and will do over 1,000 foot wheelies. If you make the rear shocks soft, you

can run 7.6 seconds in the quarter mile and not have to worry about the front end

lifting up. Some tuning will be needed, and knowledge of cars will definitely help.

A good dragster is the Nissan 240SX. The first chance you get, choose the 240SX.

Put on all the best performance parts you can afford. Remember, you need a lot of

speed and traction. After you start setting new track records, you will be invited

to race Karol Monroe the Drag King.

Super soldiers:

There are two super soldiers in the game, one for the Germans and one

for the Soviets. The are not available in campaign or create-a-scenario

modes. When selecting a unit as a major in battle or operation, go to

"Command" then select "Elite" to find them. Their names are Sgt. Steiner

(German) and Private Ivan (Soviet). It is easy to get medals with these

men, but do not abuse them as they can die. Their abilities include:

Super weapons: Their weapons are much stronger than standard issue

(such as a small flamethrower that can take out a Tiger I)

Nearly unlimited ammunition: 90000 rounds for their rifles and machine

guns and 500 for the flamethrower.

Armor: Can withstand a lot more than a normal troop.

Speed: They run fast as a halftrack and shoot quickly.

Recovery: If they are stunned unconscious they recover in seconds.

Easy Armor Upgrade:

After receiving the second suit of armor, head to your apartment. Equip the new

suit of armor, drop the armor (while equipped) into a box. Close the box, then

open it and grab the armor from the box again. If done properly, the statistics

attached to the armor will increase. Do this over and over again for extremely

powerful armor. Unfortunately, if done, your dexterity will be decreased.

Infinite Stats:

Once you select your vampire type [base] there are set stat points that you can

use. Once you distribute them go back to the base selection. Select the same base

as before. Make sure that you dont click on another base [it resets the character's

stats]. When you go back to the stat distribution page your character has his stats

that you've left.

On top of that you can add the ones that they give you for picking that base.

Make sure that you don't fill all the stats as soon as possible. You won't be able

to start the game if you have left over stats.
